Our classes focus on positive mental attitude, high goal setting and confidence! They are packed with fun, high-intensity fitness and real-world self-defense that is applicable for today.
Our Kids Program is open to children ages 7-13.
All our students work to develop
Rather than having to rely on their size or strength, our students learn to use leverage and technique to subdue their opponents. Classes are taught in a positive and fun environment to encourage students to enjoy learning the art, as well as the sport, of Jiu-Jitsu.
Ages (14 & Up)
Our adult program is open to students of all experience levels and interests. Our classes range from beginner to advanced, offering students the option to train according to their own personal goals. Whether it's to learn self-defense skills, lead a healthier lifestyle, hone technical skills, or compete at the world level, our adult program is designed to help students achieve their goals at their desired pace.
We also provide women's only class times. This class is designed for women to train with other women. We encourage women to learn Jiu-Jitsu for personal safety skills but understand that some may struggle to train in a co-ed environment when first getting started. This class is a launch pad into the larger world of Jiu-Jitsu.
